We cook for people gathering to celebrate or do business, and we plan every event around how your guests will actually spend the day: when they arrive, where they queue, what they eat first.
Menus are built with you, not handed to you. We ask about your guests, your dietary needs and your venue, then propose a menu and service style that fits.
On the day, a dedicated team handles setup, service and clearing, with one point of contact for you.
